We have a 30-day return policy — you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return Contact us at support@lanamou.com with your order number and reason for return. We will review your request and provide instructions on next steps. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Damaged or Wrong Items If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue at no extra cost to you.

Refunds Once your return is approved and received, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items We do not accept returns on items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned without prior approval.
